Product Warranty

Paraiso stands behind its products with a comprehensive warranty plan designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following terms and conditions:

duration

Warranty Duration

Paraiso warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase by the original owner. A one-year warranty covers commercial applications. Registration of trailers within 7 days of the purchase date is mandatory to activate the warranty. Failure to register within this period renders the warranty null and void.

duration

Warranty Coverage

In case of any defects in material and/or workmanship under regular use, the unit shall be repaired without charge to the original purchaser upon inspection and determination of the defect by Paraiso at authorized dealers. All replaced parts become the property of Paraiso. The purchaser is responsible for all freight transportation charges to and from the factory.

duration

Limitations

Paraiso shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages arising from defects in material or workmanship. This includes loss of time, income, or any fees incurred by the purchaser in relation to warranted claims against the manufacturer.

duration

Voiding of Warranty

The warranty becomes void in instances of misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, accident, unauthorized repairs, or when the unit has been subjected to loads exceeding gross vehicle load ratings. It also does not cover regular wear items like bearings, brakes, brake linings, and hinges.

duration

Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature or improper maintenance. The paint warranty (60 days) excludes damage from road elements, weather conditions, and improper wash solvents.

Safety Concerns

In case of a defect that could result in a safety issue, immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and notify Paraiso. NHTSA handles safety-related complaints and may investigate and order recalls if necessary.
